Refund & Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Packages

All personal training packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
Each package is priced based on full commitment — the larger the package, the lower the per-session rate. Because time slots are reserved in advance and programs are custom-built for each client, unused sessions or early cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
 

If unexpected circumstances arise (such as illness, injury, or relocation), please contact us directly. In some cases, we may offer to pause or transfer remaining sessions at our discretion.

Personal Training Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeit of that session. This ensures fairness to all clients and respects the trainer’s time and preparation.

Class Punch Pass

All class punch passes are final sale.

 

Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the period stated at the time of purchase.

 

Unused classes or missed bookings cannot be credited, refunded, or extended beyond their expiration date. Please make sure you’re able to commit to your pass before purchasing.

Class Cancellation Policy:
All classes require a minimum of 8 hours’ notice to cancel without losing a punch.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of class time, or no-shows, will result in a loss of that class credit.

Memberships & Special Offers

All memberships, challenges, and promotional passes (including the 14-Day Unlimited Intro Pass) are final sale.
 

Memberships may be paused or adjusted only under special circumstances and at the studio’s discretion. 

***Founding Members and Legacy Pass cannot be paused.

Membership & Special Offer Cancellation Policy:
All memberships and special offer bookings (such as challenge classes or unlimited passes) require 8 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of class time will result in a $10 late-cancellation fee, which will be charged to your account and card on file.
