Morning rituals:
I am a slow starter. Takes me time to wake up and actually get moving. I'll have my coffee out in the yard and then it's breakfast time and off to the gym I go!
What can people expect in your classes?

Pizza! Everyday if I could.

Coffee with cream and collagen, and a walk around the block with my dog and baby girl.
What can people expect in your classes?
A well rounded sweat made by pulses, weights, resistance bands and body weight. Creating space in your body and mind topped with a vibey and moody playlist.
