This is not your traditional barre class.
Join us for a UNIQUE CLASS that blends the control and precision of Barre and Pilates with resistance-based strength training to help you build lean muscle, improve posture, and feel strong in every movement.
Expect controlled tempo work, intentional pulses, heavier resistance options, and full-body muscle activation. This class will challenge your GLUTES, CORE, ARMS, and LEGS with slow, controlled reps and intentional burn.

BARRE STRENGTH
Our RESTORE class is a low impact strengthening and stability class designed to REDUCE STIFFNESS, IMPROVE POSTURE and STRENGTHEN THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION.
Ideal for all fitness levels as an active recovery day, or to relieve tension after a stressful day.
During this class we are going to incorporate balance, stability and flexibility exercises into a full-body routine thats going to leave you feeling better than when you walked in.
