Strength 360: Hybrid is the bridge between strength training and cardio, combining purposeful resistance work with elevated heart-rate training for a well-rounded, full-body session.
This class focuses on building strength while improving endurance, using functional movements that challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular system in equal measure. You’ll lift, move, and sweat — without the session leaning fully into heavy strength work or all-out cardio.
Hybrid is ideal for members who want more intensity than traditional strength training, but aren’t looking for a purely cardio-driven workout.

Strength 360: Impact is our most cardio-driven class, designed to push your heart rate, improve endurance, and keep you moving with purpose from start to finish. This class prioritizes conditioning, power, and sustained effort.
You’ll still use functional strength movements, but the focus is on cardio output, athletic flow, and energy, using varied formats that go beyond the traditional Strength 360 structure. Expect minimal downtime, creative transitions, and workouts that challenge your lungs as much as the rest of your body.
