Strength in Numbers

Join us for an exciting combination of partner workouts and circuit training, aimed at enhancing strength, power, and endurance in your muscles!

 

Strength in numbers is divided into two classes: one targeting the upper body and the other concentrating on the lower body.

 

This class addresses the individual needs of each participant, providing a well-rounded fitness experience while emphasizing proper form to help you develop a stronger, more resilient body.

Rejuvenate

Join us for a unique mat class that is inspired by barre and pilates, this class is a perfect blend of low-impact and strength.

 

We emphasize core engagement while enhancing mobility and stability with light weights and resistance bands. As we progress through our sequences, you'll begin to feel the intensity build and the burn we both love and hate.

 

With the lights turned down to help build the mind-muscle connection this is one class you don't want to miss. 

You will leave more energized than when you walked in!

Strength 360

Experience Strength 360, an energizing full-body cardio workout crafted to revolutionize your fitness journey!

 

In this class, you'll tackle three mini circuits, each consisting of four exercises: one for the upper body, one for the lower body, a cardio burst, and a core challenge.

 

This powerful format focuses on functional movements to enhance your strength and endurance while promoting fat loss.

Core +

"Core, Strength & Stability", where we lay the groundwork for effective workouts that enhance movement & prevent injuries.

 

Core+ combines strength, balance & core stability through a blend of dynamic, isolated & functional movements. This class specifically targets your glutes, pelvic floor, abs & lower back helping your achieve improved body stability & overall fitness.

Join this class to strengthen your foundation and elevate your workout experience!

Flow Yoga

An invigorating flow class that will help tone your body, and build strength and stamina while improving flexibility.

 

Rejuvenate and re-energize your body by exploring and incorporating functional movement and proper alignment. 

 

This class challenges your body in hopes of calming your mind. 

This is a moderate-intensity class.

All Fitness Levels Welcome

All of our classes are designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS & abilities. 

No matter if you are completely new to fitness or a seasoned vet we can modify & or progress all of our workouts to challenge YOU and your specific needs & goals.

We are a community-based gym and build our classes around bringing all fitness levels together to help each other.
