Strength Foundations focuses on improving five key movement patterns essential to everyday strength. Each week, we’ll break down 2 of these exercises— Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Push-Up, and Pull-Up with targeted mobility, strength, and core work to fix imbalances, improve form, and build the foundation for pain-free, powerful movement.
STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS
Strength in Numbers is our strength-focused training class, designed to help you build muscle, increase power, and develop full-body strength through intentional resistance work.
This class prioritizes load, control, and quality movement, with coaching that emphasizes proper form, progressions, and long-term strength development. Cardio may be present, but it supports the work — strength is always the goal.
